It’s always been a part of who I am and what I love. When I was very young, I would draw little doodles of girls and birds, and make up little characters and come up with little stories about them. As I grew up, I made it a goal to work on my art skills, and have since dabbled in a myriad of art forms! Drawing, painting, oils, acrylics, making jewelry, crochet, needle felting, graphic design…and many more! I grew in my painting skills specifically, taking a wonderful class called the Mastery Program, and enjoyed stretching myself and seeing what I was capable in the realm of realism, mixing different mediums, and learning more about my own voice and style. Through that process I discovered that I needed to go back to my little girlies and birdies and doodles. That’s where my heart was.
